This is a very beautiful species that requires very high humidity and shade. When you receive this species it is very important to put it in a closed container or greenhouse with 90% humidity. The best medium to grow it in is Sphagnum moss with 30% perlite. It likes a warm climate between 19 and 30 degrees Celsius.

It had rotting roots and the bottom leaves were already kind of crisped up, the top ones mushy and yellowing.
It also is a lot smaller than what i expected to get and is shown on the pictures.
