Philodendron verrucosum 2 (medium)

I'm generally not the person to do this as my past experiences with Ecuagenera have been good, but this time around I was very dissatisfied with their customer service. What was suppose to be 3-day select UPS delivery turned out to be 5-day select. At this point I was concerned that my order would come completely dead, which it did. I emailed them twice and I had absolutely no response from them. I have been a loyal customer and now I'm debating whether I should ever order from them again. So here I am having to explain my poor experience due to the lack of their customer service. Hopefully, Ecuagenera and its associates go over this review and actually show that they care for their customers.

My order came and two of the three plants were in perfect condition but the verrocosum was completely rotted and dead. I messaged customer service and received an email that didn’t make any sense and replied twice with no reply after that. Totally scammed on this plant, luckily not my whole order. Last time I’ll probably order from ecuagenera after being a loyal customer.

My expectations were low given the warning that these don't travel well, and while mine did have a sad looking leaf- it also had 2 very good looking ones and great looking roots.
