The first plant I got, died in the shipping. I received a replacement which traveled a lot better than the first one. The roots were no good and I had to be rooted in water which was easy. It is in semi-hydro medium and just got a moss pole to climb on. Has already has two new leaves. Excited to see how it does with the moss pole.

I purchased this plant in August and received it in the first week of September. The plant lost three of its leaves upon arrival. It had rooted roots. I tried to rescue the plant following my usual successful method for all my imports. A few days later the plant dropped all of its leaves and the base became mushy.
There was nothing left to rescue at this point. I have been in contact with the ecuagenera reps about the situation. At first, I was advised to just put it in coco fiber and stick it in %80 humidity and it will be fine. After I sent them the photos of the dead plant, they agreed to send me a replacement which is yet to arrive. So, I'm hoping it arrives in better condition.
