I ordered a Warocqueanum seedling quite a while back in June of 2022. The plant arrived one or two months later, I knew it would take a while for them to ship it so all good.
When it arrived it was in perfect condition. It came with its roots still in the original cocochips. Around them was a damp paper towel. The roots were super healthy, no rot at all! The leaves also came in perfect condition.
I transfered it into a small pot without touching the roots or the substrate at all, just added some new bark to the sides. It didn‘t even shed a leaf. I grew it under quite the strong light around 50-60% humidity. The plant is huge now (april 2023). I‘m verry happy with my purchase! They know how to send plants for sure, would order again 9/10! Just the initial wait was a bit long, but they never said it would be quick so yeah. I ended up paying like 45€ including shipping at the time, which is about half the market price of a Warocqueanum in Germany.
Plant died shortly after arrival - no replacement (12/03/2023)
I ordered several plants at Ecuagenera. A good number of those died shortly after arrival due to significant damage because of the cold. Ecuagenera did not offer me a replacement since I only informed them five days after arrival. This is really disappointing. I will not order again.

This is the third time I have bought plants at ECUAGENERA, I received a fourth sent by mistake but I returned it as it was received, in total I have bought about 15 plants, and on none of the occasions has it been a satisfactory customer experience. In this case, I received a tiny seedling, which had nothing to do with the referential photo on the website, much less its boutique cost. Although it should have been in good condition before being packed, the negligence with which this was done resulted in a plant with split and torn leaves. In a state that is far from what one would expect from a company that presents itself as an advanced company on social networks. I tried it several times because I refused to believe that these deficient shipments were a company policy, in reality, I still do not understand if it is this, or a simple lack of knowledge, or who knows if I have contempt for some clients in particular... My experience as a client of ECUAGENERA and as a purchaser of this product was terrible. I have been collecting plants since I was a child and I have never received a service as deplorable as this, once it is an accident, four times it is certainly not. The unfortunate thing is that there are undoubtedly people within the company with a legitimate interest in doing it well.
