Better than I could have hoped!
Received in Madison Wisconsin during the dead of Winter yet perfectly warm, healthy and hydrated.
I was thinking I'd be receiving something around the size of a seedling, and would have been happy. Instead, what I received has a massive root system, five mature pseudobulbs, a healthy immature pseudobulb just having opened a leaf and, three buds, one of which has since opened.
I couldn't be happier!
excellent size and health
The plant arrived with many pseudobulbs, many leaves, many live roots, and one flower. The flower nearly matches the photo: red sepals and petals, but the lip is a brighter orange than the red in the photos. Now, at nearly 4 wks after I potted it, onlyh 2 leaves have dropped. I am happy to have it.
