Anthurium Papillilaminum is a stunning plant, belongs to the section Cardiolonchium of the genus Anthurium, which includes other velvet-leaved species. It is a terrestrial plant, It has very dark green, cordate leaves that are densely papillate and velvety to the touch.  The inflorescence is erect and longer than the leaves, with a green spadix and a green spathe tinged with red-violet. The flowers are cream-colored and have a brush-like stigma. The plant is slow-growing and needs high humidity, bright indirect light, and well-draining soil to thrive.
