Plant died shortly after arrival (12.03.2023)
I ordered several plants at Ecuagenera. A good number of those died shortly after arrival due to significant damage because of the cold. Ecuagenera did not offer me a replacement since I only informed them five days after arrival. This is really disappointing. I will not order again.
Good customer service (04.02.2023)
The plant I ordered arrived with very damaged leaves, no intact one, but it was the only one from an order of 6 plants, all the others were impeccable. Since I picked up my plants from an event, Ecuagenera staff immediately changed the damaged plant for a healthy one, so very happy about the customer service and the way they addressed the problem, I recommend!!
