Philodendron sparreorum

Put it in water after it arrived; cut the rotten roots. And now it is growing new roots after a couple of weeks. Will be potting it when roots are long enough.

So, I have another big plant. Really recommend this!

The plant I received is giant! I underestimated how big it would be. Easily almost 3 feet tall already. That said, the root system was not great on the specimen I received. The roots were dry and basically non existent. I removed any clearly dead stuff, hydrated on water & SuperThrive for 36 hours in a humidity box. After moved it to Spaghnum and back in a humidity box. It's been about 3 weeks and it's still struggling. It arrived with 3 leaves and one still growing. The two bottom leaves likely won't make it, the stems are still all shriveled and just look thirsty. It wants to grow new roots, we'll see. The stem piece is thick and woody. If it survives, it will be a beautiful addition.
