Esta es la tercera vez que compro plantas en ECUAGENERA, recibí un cuarto enviado por error pero lo regresé tal cual lo había recibido, en total habré comprado unas 15 plantas, en ninguna de las oportunidades ha sido una experiencia de cliente satisfactoria. En este caso en particular recibí una plántula bastante pequeña. Aunque deba estar en buen estado antes de ser embalada, la negligencia con que esto se hiso resulto en una planta con hojas partidas y rasgadas. En un estado que dista mucho de lo que uno esperaría de una empresa que en las redes sociales se presenta como una empresa de avanzada. Lo intente varias veces porque me negaba a creer que estos envíos deficientes eran una política de empresa, en realidad aun no entiendo si es esto, o simple falta de conocimiento, o quien sabe si desprecio hacia algunos clientes en particular en fin… Mi experiencia como cliente de ECUAGENERA y como adquiriente de este producto fue terrible. Colecciono plantas desde mi infancia y nunca habia recibido un servicio tan deplorable como este, una vez es accidente, cuatro veces seguro que no. Lo lamentable es que seguramente hay personas dentro de la empresa con un interés legítimo por hacerlo bien.
This is the third time I have bought plants at ECUAGENERA, I received a fourth one sent by mistake but I returned it as I had received it, in total, I have bought about 15 plants, and on none of the occasions has it been satisfactory customer experience. In this particular case, I received a rather small seedling. Although it must be in good condition before being packed, the negligence with which this was done resulted in a plant with split and torn leaves. In a state that is far from what one would expect from a company that presents itself as an advanced company on social networks. I tried it several times because I refused to believe that these deficient shipments were a company policy, in reality, I still do not understand if it is this, or a simple lack of knowledge, or who knows if I have contempt for some clients in particular... My experience as an ECUAGENERA customer and as a purchaser of this product was terrible. I have been collecting plants since I was a child and I have never received service as deplorable as this, once it is an accident, four times it is certainly not. The unfortunate thing is that there are undoubtedly people within the company with a legitimate interest in doing it well.
Great Root system (29.01.2023)
Plant arrived in SG with a surprising number of roots and leaves. For a seedling, it was in very stable condition. It had a new leaf with some damage and even though it managed to unfurl, there's some browning which is to be expected after transit.
Seems to be doing well for now, and I know the next few leaves are gonna be good. Just a word of caution the leaves are thin in texture and not as thick as the more velvety anthuriums, so be careful when handling them or you might tear the leaves by accident.
